BNAP

BACK & NECK ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (BNAP)

BNAP is an evidence-based and active rehabilitation program aimed at helping patients living with chronic back and neck pain to improve function, treat the cause of their pain and recover their quality of life.

BNAP Criteria:

The patient has experienced pain in their back and/or neck, on most days, for at least 3
months.

02

Has experienced limitations, or difficulties, in performing daily activities due to their
condition

03

Are willing to be an active participant in an active rehabilitation process and are not
expecting a purely passive treatment protocol.

MEET THE TEAM

Corrine Sheppard - Physiotherapist 

Corrine is a physiotherapist with 14 year experience, specializing in back and neck conditions, orthopedics and musculoskeletal injuries, with a strong background in sport and currently working in rugby.​

She has a particular passion for working with chronic pain, taking a patient-centered, evidence-based approach to help people regain confidence in movement and improve quality of life.

Pulane Motloung - Admin Manager

Pulane manages the administrative side of the practice, ensuring that every patient experience runs smoothly from start to finish.

With her background as a former Springbok player, she brings a unique understanding of teamwork, discipline, and care into the practice, supporting both the patient and the practitioner with professionalism and heart.
